The Company

Our client is a well-established SGX-Listed company with assets in Asia region and a strong market leader in the real estate sector. With further business expansion plans, they are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to cover the regional assets and REIT portfolio.
The Role

Reporting to Finance Director based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in full spectrum finance reporting matters which include regional group consolidation, financial reporting, audit, tax as well as budgeting and forecasting for the group level. You will also be the main point of contact for SGX and MAS reporting matters. You could also take part in exciting M&A and investment projects in the region to drive continuous business growth in Asia region.
Your profile

To be a successful candidate, you must be

• A qualified accountant with a Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in audit and accounting
• Prior audit background in Big 4 will be a plus
• Relevant industry in REIT/Real Estate is preferred
• Must have proven SGX and MAS reporting background
• Chinese speaking is required to liaise with China counterpart stakeholders.
• Additionally, strong communication skills are required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders
