We are looking for an energetic, high-caliber Educational Psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team and help us redefine thefuture of healthcare.

You will bridge the gap between clinical assessment andeducational success. Your expertise will empower families and schools to bettersupport children with diverse learning and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Assessments: Administer standardized psycho-educational assessments fordiagnosis, school placement, access arrangements (examination accommodations),and admissions.
  • Expert Analysis: Interpret complex assessment results to provide actionable,individualized recommendations.
  • Clinical Reporting: Craft high-quality, detailed psychological reports andprovide insightful feedback to parents, educators, and stakeholders.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Design and lead individual or group therapy sessions forchildren and families facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
  • Professional Governance: Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records inaccordance with company policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Educational Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of paediatric experience (preferred).
  • Registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) ora recognized international professional body.
  • Proven proficiency in administering and interpreting IQtests, academic evaluations, and assessments for Autism, ADHD, and learningdisorders (e.g., Dyslexia).
  • Strong case formulation skills and experience inevidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Exceptional ability to engage with children and adolescentsfrom diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Independent, approachable, and deeply empathetic toward thefamilies we serve.
