Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Educational Program Developer & Facilitator to join our team. This role combines curriculum design, facilitation, and outreach, with the unique opportunity to spearhead and grow our education department in stages. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and excited to make an impact in childrens learning through hands-on, play-based experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development & Facilitation
- Design, develop, and implement engaging educational programs aligned with our brands philosophy.
- Create lesson plans, course materials, and activity guides tailored to different age groups.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events for students, educators, and parents.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt based on feedback and learning outcomes.
- School Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify and engage potential schools and educational partners.
- Develop compelling proposals to pitch workshops and programs.
- Manage all email communications and follow-ups with schools to secure bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner schools and key stakeholders.
- Growth & Department Building
- Collaborate with leadership to establish a roadmap for the education departments growth.
- Take ownership of growing the department in stages, including scaling programs, building partnerships, and mentoring future team members.
- Contribute strategic input to shape SparksMags long-term education initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, facilitation, or educational program development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passion for childrens education, creativity, and play-based learning.
- Prior experience in school outreach or partnerships is a strong advantage.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong drive to identify opportunities, generate leads, and actively grow the workshop segment from the ground up.
