Job Description

1 Responsible for brand education strategy, ongoing development of all education activities & deliver brand education KPIs

2 Develop and implement full year education plan, calendar & Train the Trainer sessions

3 Conceptualise, plan and drive education with 360 plans for overall education, new launches, campaigns/projects/JBP integrating O+O learning, following brand guidelines and in coherence with brand image

4 Lead, guide and coach education team in executing education initiatives & plans to achieve brand objectives (ISMS, reactivation, conquest etc), monitor day to day activities (routing, buddy system etc) as well as developing individual talent and development

5 Massify education via education digitalization - driving O+O education & educators social media postings

6 Organize key education events with strong collaboration with education, commercial & marketing teams and external POL community

7 Create local education modules &/or incorporate relevant DMI education modules. Relay education content to education team and ensure the drive of education activities and their visibility in the trade and among hair pros

8 Prepare education materials, training decks and presenters for education training / commercial team sharing

9 Analyse performance of education effort in all channels (online & offline)

10 Strategize, drive and track education performance through global and local KPIS and report education KPIs to local & zone leaders in a clear, structured and strategical manner

11 Take the initiative to lead multibrand / cluster education reporting and education projects on division level

12 Monitor competition and master market, salons, and trends - Shade spectrum / ISMS / ROI / trend insights
