Job Summary:

As the Regional Education Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving our growth in the APAC region by promoting and selling our digital infrastructure education programs. You will play a critical leadership role in expanding the market and managing regional sales strategies. This role requires a blend of business development expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership ability. You will identify new opportunities, develop regional sales strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and close sales to exceed targets. This position calls for a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for education, digital infrastructure, data centers, technology, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Sales Strategy and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital infrastructure education sales strategy and Go-To-Market tailored to the APAC market to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis within the region.
  • Engage key decision-makers, positioning Uptime Education's offerings as critical solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead regional business development initiatives, building a network of potential clients through direct outreach, events, and partnerships.

Leadership and Performance Management:

  • Collaborate with the regional sales directors and business partners across the APAC region, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to drive results.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and ensuring that regional sales goals are met.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert insights and addressing any issues or concerns throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals, driving long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Uptime Education's programs and certifications, becoming the regional expert in the product portfolio.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations for diverse audiences, highlighting the value and relevance of our education offerings in the digital infrastructure space.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align regional promotional campaigns with strategic business objectives, tailoring messaging to fit the APAC market.

Sales Reporting and Regional Market Analysis:

  • Track, analyse, and report regional sales performance, ensuring clear visibility on progress toward Monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide data-driven insights on client feedback and market trends to inform product development and strategy adjustments.
  • Use CRM tools to manage all client interactions, pipeline development, and sales activity within the region.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in regional sales management, business development, or a related field, with demonstrable success in growing and managing territories.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the global digital infrastructure industry, including data centers and related sectors.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to interpret sales analytics.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
