Education Sales Consultant - Student Enrolment & Parent Relations

Are you someone who enjoys talking to parents, understanding children's learning needs and turning conversations into meaningful education solutions

Seashell Academy is expanding, and we are looking for an energetic and results-driven Education Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Respond to warm leads from WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins and marketing campaigns
• Speak with parents to understand their child's learning needs and challenges
• Recommend suitable assessments, trial lessons and programmes
• Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into enrolments
• Build long-term relationships with existing families
• Support student retention, renewals and subject expansion
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in our CRM
• Work towards individual and team enrolment/revenue targets

No random cold calling - leads are generated through the company's marketing channels.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Love communicating and building relationships with people
• Are confident speaking with parents
• Have a strong sales mindset and enjoy achieving targets
• Are proactive with follow-ups and don't give up easily
• Have good English communication skills Mandarin is an advantage
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Experience in education sales, tuition/enrichment centres, customer service, retail, hospitality or consultative sales is highly preferred.

Candidates without education experience but with strong sales ability are welcome - training on the Singapore education system, MOE syllabus and Seashell programmes will be provided.

Working Arrangement

• Full-time
• 5-day work week
• Weekend availability required
• Weekday off
• Location: Eastpoint Mall, directly connected to Simei MRT
