Job Responsibilities
- Promote and recommend education courses based on customers needs and interests.
- Engage customers at roadshows and retail locations to generate leads and new enquiries.
- Handle customer enquiries, objections and provide suitable course information.
- Guide customers through the course application and enrolment process.
- Work towards individual sales and customer acquisition targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum N-Level with 3 passes including Mathematics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive customer-oriented approach.
- Sales-driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve higher earnings.
- Resilient and able to remain motivated when handling customer objections or rejection.
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, at different roadshow/retail locations.
