Role Description

This is an internship position for an Education Innovation Trainee. The role involves assisting in designing, developing, and delivering innovative educational programs. Responsibilities include supporting training sessions, preparing teaching materials, and conducting evaluations to assess program effectiveness. The trainee will collaborate with team members to enhance educational strategies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, combining in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and experience in Education, Teaching, and Training
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to effectively address customer needs in a professional setting
• Customer Service skills to provide high-quality support and build positive relationships with participants
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and willingness to adapt to varied challenges
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Communication, or a related field
