Education & Customer Success Specialist (Health and Wellness)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Education & Customer Success Specialist drives product adoption, customer satisfaction, and brand engagement through product training, account support, and community activation. This role acts as a key link between internal teams, B2B/B2C clients, and external fitness professionals to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Internal Education & Sales Enablement: Conduct product storytelling assessments, develop training guides, and provide targeted coaching to elevate sales team product knowledge.

• Customer Onboarding & Success: Deliver product setup and operational training for B2B accounts and home clients create customer success plans to drive product utilization.

• Account Retention & Advocacy: Monitor account health, support renewal processes, resolve escalations, and build customer advocates for case studies and referrals.

• Trainer Network Management: Expand, onboard, and continuously certify a network of freelance personal trainers and wellness advocates.

• Events & Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing to run workshops, clinics, and brand activations establish key partnerships with industry experts.

• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Measure KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention, and training effectiveness to continuously improve service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field.

• Experience: 5-7 years in fitness education, personal training, customer success, or client-facing consulting.

• Skills: Excellent presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills proficient in digital training platforms.

• Qualifications (Preferred): Personal trainer or fitness instructor certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA) experience in premium wellness tech environments.
