Honeycombers is an exciting digital media business with great brands, strong content teams and exciting opportunities ahead. We are currently looking for an experienced Editor to lead our HoneyKids Asia platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the editorial direction of Singapore's leading parenting lifestyle site, producing engaging family content that resonates with our audience.

You will be responsible for the editorial direction, delivery and success of the HoneyKids Asia platform, ensuring the site continues to grow its audience while maintaining the high editorial standards our readers expect.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore. You'll work closely with the leadership, marketing and commercial teams to grow HoneyKids Asia and strengthen its position as the go-to parenting platform in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead the editorial direction for HoneyKids Asia, ensuring a consistent voice and high-quality content across the platform
• Plan and manage the editorial calendar, aligning content with audience interests, traffic performance and seasonal opportunities
• Commission, write and edit articles that engage our parenting audience and perform strongly across search and social
• Use SEO insights and analytics to inform content strategy and optimise performance
• Drive growth in traffic, subscribers, podcast listeners and social media followers (in collaboration with the marketing team)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Singapore's parenting, education and lifestyle communities
• Represent HoneyKids Asia at media events, launches and press activities to maintain visibility and relationships within the PR and media industry
• Manage and support the HoneyKids Asia editorial team, providing guidance and editorial direction
• Support the sales team by developing creative pitch ideas and editorial concepts for clients
• Provide editorial oversight for advertorials and branded content, including reviewing and approving client-facing content

About You

• An experienced editor or senior content lead with a strong background in digital publishing
• A confident writer and storyteller with excellent editing skills
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media and how content drives audience growth
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable analysing content performance and using data to guide decisions
• Experienced in managing or mentoring a small editorial team
• A great communicator who enjoys collaborating across editorial, marketing and commercial teams
• Passionate about storytelling and excited by the opportunity to shape content for Singapore's parenting community
