Edge Solutions Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
Department: Edge Product & Solutions Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of Edge solutions (IoT/OT, building management, energy, etc.).
- Provide Edge L3 technical support: troubleshooting, issue follow-up, and ticket management.
- Support Edge product work: feature validation, documentation, and coordination with R&D.
- Coordinate and follow up across teams (product, R&D, delivery, and customers).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Automation, Electronics, IoT, or a related field.
- Familiar with Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, TLS).
- Some programming ability.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude) to support daily work, with a good sense of AI application.
- Mandarin proficiency to collaborate effectively with China-based R&D teams.
- Strong learning ability, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Singapore Citizen or PR.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of IoT/OT protocols (Modbus, MQTT, BACnet, OPC UA).
- Basic knowledge of information security (vulnerabilities, hardening, IEC 62443).
- Experience with AI/LLM applications or automation scripting.
