Gprnt (pronounced Greenprint) is a green disclosure and data fintech launched by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), with a focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock their ESG data, transition their business models, and maximise their economic gains in the green economy.
Over the past year and half, we deployed our comprising an automated Disclosure tool and a value-added services Marketplace announced the rollout of our to power all Singapore businesses sustainability reporting needs and most recently published a of Singapore SMEs sustainability readiness, in collaboration with the Singapore Business Federation and Sustainability Alliance.
About the Role
As Gprnt scales, the delivery of well-run ecosystem programmes is critical to translating our ecosystem partnerships, commercial commitments, and public-private collaboration efforts, into tangible outcomes for the businesses community. We're therefore on the lookout for a highly motivated Ecosystem Programme Manager to support the planning and execution of multi-stakeholder initiatives that span SMEs, large enterprises, financial institutions, solution providers, trade associations, and public sector partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking a hands-on approach to coordinating across multiple stakeholders, ensuring programmes are delivered professionally and smoothly, and operating in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. You will work closely with Gprnt's leaders, colleagues in our business teams, and external partners to ensure ecosystem programmes are effectively crafted and efficiently executed, in close alignment with the company's commercial strategies and national sustainability objectives.

What You'll Do
Programme Delivery & Execution
- Drive planning and execution of ecosystem programmes, including SME engagement workshops, partner-led pilots, sectoral programmes, and industry events.
- Translate programme objectives into clear delivery workplans spanning logistics, timelines, venue coordination, and on-site support, ensuring day-to-day execution stays on track.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners, managing operational needs, dependencies, and follow-ups.
- Track progress and outcomes across KPIs, including preparing internal documentation and external updates.
National Campaign Support
- Support the delivery of a large-scale, multi-stakeholder campaign aimed at mobilising SMEs at a national level, including coordination across multiple partners and workstreams.
- Lead campaign execution activities such as partner coordination, SME engagement, events, communications, and reporting.
- Ensure campaign is delivered in a consistent, well-sequenced, and operationally sound manner over time.
Commercial Alignment & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Gprnt's commercial team to ensure programme delivery aligns with partnership commitments and agreed outcomes.
- Own the tracking of deliverables tied to commercial agreements, flagging risks or slippages early and supporting resolution.
- Coordinate between ecosystem, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent execution and messaging across ecosystem programmes.
Ecosystem Programme Development Support
- Conduct research on sustainability topics, market developments and partner needs to inform programme design.
- Support the ideation and refinement of programmes to ensure relevance, partner value and scalability.
- Support coordination with the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) on initiatives that intersect with Gprnt's ecosystem programmes, such as the Singapore FinTech Festival.
What We're Looking For
Key Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in programme management, public sector, partnerships, consulting, or ecosystem-focused roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders at the same time.
- Exposure to and demonstrable knowledge of sustainability/ESG topics (e.g. sustainable finance, carbon accounting, supply chain reporting) and climate-related initiatives is a strong plus.
- Experience in events and campaign delivery, including the coordination of logistics would be a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into good, precise writing.
- Highly reliable, organised, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Collaborative, a strong sense of ownership, and willingness to proactively seek clarity and propose solutions.
- Willing to travel occasionally for programme delivery and ecosystem engagements, including domestic and periodic regional travel.
- Comfortable with periods of higher work intensity around flagship activations, balanced by more regular rhythms outside peak periods.
