Gather insights on the smart electronics and IoT industry trends locally and globally to identify business opportunities and ecosystem gaps.
Design and implement ecosystem strategies, defining partner tiers and prioritizing collaboration initiatives.
Build end-to-end processes for ecosystem partnerships, including partner onboarding criteria, benefit allocation, and performance evaluation.
Develop differentiated cooperation models such as joint R&D, shared channels, scenario co-creation, or policy applications
Identify and establish relationships with key ecosystem partners across the industry chain.
Lead high-value partnerships end-to-end, including requirements alignment, solution negotiation, agreement signing, and project launch.
Establish regular communication mechanisms with partners; organize technical workshops, strategic review meetings, and resolve collaboration challenges.
Drive joint project execution and monitor progress while coordinating internal and external resources.
Facilitate commercialization of ecosystem resources integrate partner technology, channels, and scenario solutions to support sales teams and increase project conversion efficiency.
Monitor smart electronics industry developments and competitor ecosystem strategies and prepare monthly insight reports to inform strategic adjustments.
Collect partner feedback and ecosystem data to iteratively improve cooperation strategies and operational mechanisms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ecosystem partnerships, business development, or strategic collaboration in smart electronics, IoT, or technology industries.
Proven experience building ecosystems or leading multi-million-dollar partnership projects.
Familiarity with smart electronics, IoT, and hardware technologies and business models.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills.
Existing partner network in smart electronics, robotics, 3C electronics, automotive electronics, or hardware industries is a plus.
Experience with national-level tech projects, industry alliances, or ecosystem development is a plus.
