Complex Deal Shaping
Lead the sourcing strategy for third-party supplier services supporting complex and high-risk sales opportunities.
Develop commercial constructs and contracting strategies for third-party suppliers including Resale, Side-by-Side, Consortium, Joint Venture (JV), and Subcontracting models.
Conduct risk analysis and guide opportunities through internal governance and approval processes to ensure compliance, winnability, and deliverability.
Provide global sourcing recommendations in collaboration with Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Trade Compliance teams.
Pre-Sales Commercial Support
Partner with Accenture sales teams, prospective clients, and ecosystem partners to develop commercially viable solutions.
Ensure deal structures align with Accenture's policies, commercial frameworks, and risk management standards.
Advise teams on commercial strategy and the onboarding of ecosystem partner solutions and products.
Client & Ecosystem Partner Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to Accenture sales teams and clients on complex commercial deal structures involving third-party partners.
Present and articulate the value, strengths, and competitive advantages of different deal constructs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem partners and internal stakeholders.
Collaboration & Capability Building
Role Requirements
Advise sales teams on commercial deal shaping for ecosystem partner solutions and products.
Structure commercially sound solutions that align with both Accenture and partner offerings.
Assess client requirements and partner capabilities to optimize resale and commercial constructs.
Maintain working knowledge of key ecosystem partner technologies including cloud, security, and hybrid cloud solutions.
Proven experience shaping large and complex technology deals.
Strong commercial negotiation and contracting experience with clients and suppliers.
Experience in global sourcing, delivery models, and supplier engagement.
Solid understanding of technology products, platforms, and evolving commercial models.
Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, leverage commercial levers, and bring new solutions to market.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.
Experience managing supplier governance routines (e.g., QBRs, MBRs, dashboards, remediation programs).
Hands-on experience in supplier selection, pricing models, and commercial constructs for software, platforms, and services.
