Position: Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant

Pay: $2500-3000/month (depending on experience and performance)

Location: 2, Bukit Batok St 24, #07-15, Skytech, Singapore 659480

Working Hours:

. Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Lunch break: 12-1pm)

. Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Job requirements:

. Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehousing/order fulfilment

. Basic computer skills

. Ability to operate electric pallet stacker is an advantage. Training willbe provided.

. Able to work overtime for urgent shipment if needed.

. Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, carrying,and palletizing goods regularly

. Able to work on weekends and public holidays during sale campaign days(e.g. 11.11, 12.12, etc) when necessary.

. Ability to read Chinese is an advantage (to inspect incoming goods fromChina)

Roles & responsibilities:

. Receive inbound goods and verify the accuracy of number of cartonsreceived.

. Inspect incoming items for damage or defects, verifying the contents andquantity against purchase order.

. Relabel and reorganise incoming items on pallets and move them todesignated storage racks using electric pallet stacker.

. Perform physical movement of goods from storage to picking warehouse areato replenish stocks when necessary.

. Experience in processing orders using warehouse management software(BigSeller) and platform seller apps (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc) is a plus.Training will be provided.

. Pick, scan and pack orders accurately as per instruction and ensuresmooth handover of parcels to 3rd party logistics/courier.

. Other warehouse duties - stock count, product labelling, prepack freegifts & products, quality inspection, replenish products onto shelves.

. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

. Assist with other ad-hoc warehouse and operations tasks when required.
