Position: Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant

Pay: $2200-2500/month

Location: 2, Bukit Batok St 24, #07-15, Skytech, Singapore 659480

Working day: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

Duration: 8 hours. (Work hour: 8.30am-5.30pm | Lunch hour:12-1pm)

Job requirements:

. Minimum 1-2 years experience in warehousing/order fulfilment

. Basic computer skills

. Ability to operate electric pallet stacker is an advantage. Training will be provided.

. Able to work overtime for urgent shipment if needed.

. Able to load and unload items to designated storage locations.

. Able to work on weekends and public holidays during sale campaign days (e.g. 11.11, 12.12, etc) if needed.

. Ability to read Chinese is an advantage (to inspect incoming goods from China)

Roles & responsibilities:

. Receive inbound goods and verify the accuracy of number of cartons received.

. Inspect incoming items for damage or defects, verifying the contents and quantity against purchase order.

. Relabel and reorganise incoming items on pallets and move them to designated storage racks using electric pallet stacker.

. Perform physical movement of goods from storage to picking warehouse area to replenish stocks if needed.

. Experience in processing orders using warehouse management software (BigSeller) and platform seller apps (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc) is a plus. Training will be provided.

. Pick, scan and pack orders accurately as per instruction and ensure smooth handover of parcels to 3rd party logistics.

. Other warehouse duties - stock count, product labelling, prepack free gifts & products, quality inspection, replenish products onto shelves.

. Maintain good housekeeping of working environment

. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on warehouse needs
