An ideal opportunity for experienced Business Analysts, Solution Architects, or Technical Leads ready to step into a Technical Delivery Manager role, focused on eCommerce enhancement delivery for a global consumer electronics brand.
Manage an in-house team (Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QAs) from a global delivery center in India, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of ongoing enhancements and support for the client's eCommerce platform
Act as the primary delivery liaison with the client's PMO and business teams, tracking progress, addressing queries, and aligning on priorities.
Lead Agile delivery cycles. Including sprint planning, workload & requirement sizing, daily standups, and backlog grooming to ensure consistent, sprint-based output.
Oversee and coordinate release readiness activities, including regression testing, UAT, defect triage, and deployment support, in collaboration with Solution Architects.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation (Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint) and provide regular delivery status updates and project reporting to the client.
Provide hands-on support for requirements when needed, including drafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Identify delivery gaps and drive improvements aligned with both client expectations and team capabilities.
Support additional management requests as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Delivery Experience.
Sound Understanding of Agile Methodologies
Knowledge in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Web Technologies & REST API, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT are preferred.
Good to have SAP ERP Modules Exposure (Finance, Logistics, Order fulfillment), Adobe AEM or Other CMS backround
