Job Description

i. Manage daily eCommerce order processing and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipping to three of the largest US electronics retailers.

ii. Create and issue shipping labels, providing accurate instructions to 3PL partners.

iii. Track and update shipment statuses, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.

iv. Respond to order-related customer inquiries across online sales channels.

v. Verify shipping invoices for accuracy, ensuring proper descriptions, charges, and delivery details.

vi. Reconcile monthly eCommerce sales records to ensure all transactions and fees are accurately captured end-to-end.

vii. Monitor and track inventory levels, analyzing SKU-level sales trends to support replenishment planning.

viii. Maintain an accurate daily log of inventory movements, counts and adjustments.

ix. Assist with sales tax filings and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

x. Investigate and file billing or return-related disputes with platforms and partners (e.g. UPS, Amazon, etc.

xi. Collaborate with our US team on ensuring eCommerce operations run smoothly across different time zones, warehouses, and retailers.

xii. Work with a diverse team to achieve core business objectives and ensure successful day-to-day operations.
