Ecommerce Operations Assistant / Ecommerce PackerRole

• Location: IMM Mall at Jurong East

• Office environment with aircon, not warehouse

• Unpack new stock, check inventory, and pack daily orders for GeekBite and Dlite

What you will do

• Unpack new stock, count and check condition

• Shift new stocks to storage racks, around 1-4kg

• Pick and pack orders for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, website

• Pack correctly before courier cut off timing

• Update simple inventory entries

• Keep the office and storage tidy

• Occasionally assist walk-in customers for purchases or exchanges

• Basic computer skills for labels and inventory

• Responsible, honest, punctual, team player, willing to learn

Work details

• Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary: $1800, plus 18 days leaves, 1 birthday off, health coverage and other perks

• Employment type: Full time with 1 month probation at the start

• Training: Onboarding checklist, buddy support, clear SOPs
