We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day ECommerce Operations activities across multiple markets. The role will support order fulfilment coordination, backend operational tasks, inventory monitoring, return processing, and cross-functional operational support to ensure smooth customer order journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily ECommerce operational activities and backend processes
- Monitor order fulfilment and assist in ensuring operational SLA is met
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and internal teams on operational matters
- Assist in return, refund, and exchange processing follow-up
- Support inventory monitoring and stock movement coordination
- Perform data checking, report updates, and operational tracking
- Escalate operational issues and support resolution follow-up
- Support campaign preparation and operational execution during peak periods
- Ensure operational accuracy and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with ad-hoc operational projects and administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- Minimum N/O Levels, Diploma, or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, Retail, or ECommerce
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive learning attitude
