Job Summary
You will support in e-commerce campaigns and product launches, manage daily online business operations, and collaborate with partners to drive profitability, brand exposure, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns and product launches on brand websites and marketplaces to enhance brand exposure (don't require to stay back during campaign period)
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement campaign strategies effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplaces, logistics providers, and service partners to support online business operations
- Assist in developing negotiation strategies with partners to optimize terms and performance
- Analyze partner performance regularly and recommend improvements to enhance results
- Ensure all product content, including descriptions and images, is accurate and up-to-date
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations including product listing, inventory management, order processing, payment, fulfillment, and returns/exchanges
- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights to optimize outcomes
Requirements
- Diploma / Nitec
- Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience, preferably in retail
- Experience working with marketplace platforms
- Interest and understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Other Information
- 5 days work, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Location: Gul (shutter bus pickup at Jurong East)
- Salary range: $2800 - $3500
