Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. As a TikTok Shop / Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through content-led commerce, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop.

You will:

  • Own and scale TikTok Shop performance through content strategy, creator collaborations, and campaign execution
  • Identify winning products and angles, and work with the creative team to produce high-converting content
  • Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations (product listings, affiliates, promotions, etc.)
  • Analyze performance (CTR, CVR, GMV, AOV) and continuously optimize content and funnels
  • Work closely with creators, editors, and media buyers to test, iterate, and scale winning creatives
  • Drive both paid and organic strategies to maximize sales
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from content checkout retention

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop / content-driven ecommerce
  • Proven experience scaling products through short-form video content
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok trends, hooks, and viral formats
  • Strong analytical skills (comfortable with metrics like GMV, ROAS, CVR, CPA)
  • Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencer campaigns
  • Ability to move fast, test aggressively, and iterate based on performance
  • Strong communication and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ecommerce tools, TikTok Seller Center, and analytics platforms
  • Background in digital, social media, or creator economy is highly preferred
