We are looking for an In-House Livestreamer to bring our brands to life across TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram Live. The ideal candidate is confident, engaging, and passionate about K-beauty, with a strong on-camera presence and a love for connecting with audiences in real time. Reporting to the Marketing Team, you will play a key role in creating interactive shopping experiences that educate, entertain, and drive sales. This role offers the opportunity to grow as a Livestream & Social Commerce expert by working hands-on with K-beauty products, audiences, and campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Host livestream sessions across platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live) to showcase products, demonstrate usage, and drive sales
- Create social media contents to highlight product features for livestreams (TikTok)
- Educate viewers by explaining product features, ingredients, benefits and skincare routines in an approachable and knowledgeable manner
- Engage with viewers in real time by answering questions, addressing comments, and creating an interactive shopping experience
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan livestream calendar, promotional mechanics and campaigns
- Maintain brand image by representing the company professionally while hosting the livestream in an engaging manner
- Prepare for livestreams by setting up promotional mechanics on marketplace seller centers, and designing visual assets to showcase featured brands/products and promotions
- Track livestream performance by monitoring live session metrics (views, engagement, sales conversion, ads ROI) and providing feedback for improvement
- Manage the company's Telegram channel by designing and updating livestream calendars, sharing promotions, and replying to enquiries
Requirements
- Strong on-camera presence: confident, energetic, and personable
- Passionate about Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics (prior knowledge or experience in beauty is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable with improvisation and quick thinking in live settings
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on livestream schedules
- Previous experience in livestreaming, hosting, retail, sales, or beauty industry is an advantage
