Job Description

Our Client:

An illustrious global MNC with presence in >100 countries & a strong foothold in the Skincare & Haircare space. Combining the best in clinical science & consumer beauty, they boast a worldwide network of >10,000 employees with innovation & customer-centricity at its core.

Our Role:

A pivotal position leading the ecommerce strategy & execution across 4 established brands- 2 in Skincare & 2 in Haircare. This role plays a key role in navigating the management of marketplaces and partnering enablers to drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketplace & Key Account Management

Manage and grow strategic relationships with key online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada,

Shopee).

Own commercial negotiations, joint business planning (JBP), and performance tracking

with marketplace partners.

Drive sales growth through assortment optimisation, promotional planning, and visibility

strategies.

E-Commerce Enabler Collaboration

Partner closely with external e-commerce enablers ,supporting platform execution,

analytics, and operational delivery.

Commercial & Performance Ownership

Analyse marketplace performance metrics including sell-through, conversion, traffic

acquisition, and campaign ROI.

Develop pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies aligned with FMCG commercial

calendars. Manage promotional activations including mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams to ensure seamless

execution across launches and campaigns.

Coordinate inventory planning to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations during key

promotional periods.

Our Ideal Talent:

  • Experience in an ecommerce focused role with experience in the Beauty/Skincare Space being highly preferred (though other FMCG categories are also transferrable)
  • Experience working with enablers in a lean environment is a plus
  • Able to merge strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • A natural collaborator who works well with a diversity of functions & personalities
