Job Description

BELLA BY EMMA is a Singapore-based bag brand focused on designing functional, thoughtfully crafted pieces for everyday use. We create versatile bags that balance practicality and timeless aesthetics, supporting women through work, travel, and daily life. As a growing brand, we continue to expand our presence across e-commerce and digital channels

Key responsibilities

1. Operations - logistics

  • Packing customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipping or in-warehouse pickup
  • Quality checking of products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Handling customers exchanges in warehouse
  • Assist in the inventory counts

2. Operations - livestream

  • Identify and reach out to potential livestreamers to explore collaboration opportunities
  • Liaise with livestreamers to plan and coordinate streaming schedules
  • Assist during livestreams on TikTok/relevant platforms and managing flow of livestream
  • Support related backend tasks (e.g. preparing products for stream, preparing product listing, setting up deals, tidying up after stream)
  • Comfortable being on camera during livestreams to support the host and interact with viewers
  • Open to host ad-hoc livestreams independently when required

3. Customer Service

  • Responding to customer emails and social media queries
  • Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and order-related questions
  • Flag common customer feedback, questions, or concerns to the team

4. General requirements

  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks which the team requires help in
