Job Description

The Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager owns hands-on ecommerce growth across paid acquisition, onsite conversion, promotions, and lifecycle marketing. This role is execution-first, focused on running campaigns, optimising PDPs, scaling affiliate performance, and improving conversion with data.

Compensation for this role is between S$80,000 to S$100,000 per annum depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ecommerce Conversion & PDP Ownership

  • Own ecommerce performance across browse, PDP, cart, checkout and post-purchase journeys.
  • Lead PDP optimisation including messaging, imagery, video, reviews, UGC, FAQs and offers.
  • Improve onsite merchandising to drive CVR, AOV and revenue per session.
  • Run A/B tests and iterative improvements.

Promotions, Upsells & Merchandising

  • Execute ecommerce promo calendars and launches.
  • Design and test bundles, cross-sells and upsells.
  • Ensure promo accuracy across paid, onsite and lifecycle channels.

Paid Acquisition & Affiliate Marketing

  • Run hands-on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Scale affiliate marketing and performance partnerships.
  • Optimise campaigns based on ROAS and performance data.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Support campaigns and core lifecycle flows.
  • Align messaging with Creative and CRM teams.

Creative, Analytics & AI

  • Align paid ads, PDPs and onsite content.
  • Track CVR, AOV, ROAS and revenue metrics.
  • Experiment with AI tools such as Claude to improve speed and workflows.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in CPG / FMCG ecommerce, with merchant-side ownership.
  • Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads for ecommerce.
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing as a performance channel.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and conversion levers.
  • Curious, sharp, and motivated especially interested in learning and applying AI in marketing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data, or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience in ecommerce or performance marketing is acceptable.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
  • Email or lifecycle marketing exposure.
  • Familiarity with analytics or experimentation tools.
  • Experience in direct-selling or creator-led commerce environments.
