Ecommerce Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description

• Receive and process orders from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada)
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
• Label packages and ensure correct shipping details
• Manage inventory: cycle counts, inventory accuracy, restocking, and notifying of low stock
• Coordinate with shipping/3PL partners
• Handle customer issues related to fulfillment: shipping delays, wrong items, missing items
• Process returns/receiving (RMA), inspect items, and route to inventory or disposition
• Maintain fulfillment area standards (organized, clean, safe)

Common requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations (often preferred)
• Strong attention to detail (order accuracy is critical)
• Basic computer skills comfort using inventory/order systems
• Ability to lift/move packages (varies by employer)
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
