Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Ecommerce Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace stores across Shopee and Lazada. You will be involved in marketplace management, product listings, promotions, order processing, customer enquiries and ecommerce operations. This is a suitable opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are interested in building their career in ecommerce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain marketplace stores across Shopee and Lazada.

• Create and update product listings, including product information, images, pricing and stock availability.

• Set up marketplace promotions, vouchers and campaign mechanics.

• Support marketplace campaigns including major sales events such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11 and 12.12.

• Monitor and respond to marketplace customer enquiries.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure daily orders are processed and fulfilled on time.

• Process stock transfers, sales entries, returns and refunds accurately in the internal system.

• Assist with monthly stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies when required.

• Monitor basic marketplace performance such as sales, orders and store performance.

• Maintain accurate ecommerce records, reports and documentation.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Ecommerce, Retail Management or related discipline.

• Prior ecommerce or marketplace experience is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or other ecommerce platforms will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and internal systems.

• Detail-oriented and organised with good time-management skills.

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
