Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Management: Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) to ensure seamless shopping experiences.
Track and analyze e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, etc.) to drive data-driven decisions.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of online orders.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's sales objectives.
Manage social media accounts, driving engagement and building a loyal online community.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and compelling content.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on customer retention, promotions, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Build and nurture leads through targeted email sequences and engagement strategies.
Implement and optimize CRM tools for better lead management and tracking.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Budget & ROI Management: Develop and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.

Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and running successful digital marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing).
