Job Summary
You will prepare and process ecommerce orders, coordinate logistics for timely deliveries, manage inventory updates, respond to customer enquiries, and support finance with sales documentation to ensure smooth online retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily ecommerce orders accurately to meet shipping schedules
- Perform final quality checks and securely seal parcels before handing them to third-party logistics
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries via platform chat to enhance customer experience
- Coordinate with logistics partners to track and ensure timely delivery of online orders
- Manage order fulfilment processes and follow up on pending shipments to maintain order accuracy
- Update inventory quantities and prices in the system to reflect current stock and pricing changes
- Upload new product information to the ecommerce platform to keep the online catalog current
- Support the finance team by entering and filing online sales, purchase orders, and invoices promptly into the system
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to maintain organized records and support daily operations
