We are looking for a skilled ECM OpenText System Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, working closely with business users to capture requirements, implement system changes, and deliver effective ECM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ECM solutions.
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, customize, and implement changes in OpenText ECM applications.
- Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions.
- Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Support testing, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Create functional/technical documentation and user training materials.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with OpenText ECM solutions (e.g., Content Server, Archive Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, D2).
- Strong background in system analysis, configuration, and implementation of ECM platforms.
- Ability to bridge both business and technical teams in a techno-functional capacity.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking/financial services experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
