Our financial advisory team has been given a significant budget to expand this year, which means more leads, more support, and more earning potential for the right candidates. We provide full training so you hit the ground running even if it's your first time calling cold leads.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls using our lead lists

• Apply communication techniques from our training to warm up every conversation

• Set and confirm appointments for wealth and investment consultants

• Keep accurate records and follow-up notes in our CRM

• Participate in ongoing coaching to keep performance sharp

Who We're Looking For:

• GCE O Level or higher

• Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, sales, or phone support

• Open to coaching and committed to hitting targets

• Disciplined and able to work independently from home

• Must have valid work authorization in Singapore

• Hourly rate: $10 (entry-level) | $12 (experienced callers)

• Bonus incentives per successful appointment booked

• Fully Remote: Choose 4 out of 11 available shifts per week.

• Commitment: 16 hours per week (Four 4-hour blocks).

• Shift Options: Mon-Fri (8:30-12:30 or 17:00-21:00) and Sat (10:00-14:00)
