Key Responsibilities
1) Routine Caregiving
- Provide responsive care through daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene, ensuring each child's comfort and well-being.
2) Safe & Stimulating Environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom that supports infants and toddlers physical, emotional, and sensory development.
3) Developmentally Appropriate Learning
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and play-based experiences that support language, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
4) Language Development
- Inspire a love for English through meaningful and interactive language experiences.
5) Learning Documentation
- Capture and reflect on children's learning journeys through newsletters, class panels, and portfolios.
6) Family Partnership
Build positive relationships with families to support each child's growth and well-being.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or equivalent certification
- ECDA Certified
- At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting
- Passionate about nurturing young learners in their formative years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
