The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and bubbly English Teacher to join our growing team. You will teach children from Nursery 2 up to Primary 4 in small-group classes, helping them build strong phonics foundations, master English language rules, and develop reading, writing, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Teach small-group English lessons that cover phonics, reading, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing in fun and engaging ways.
- Adapt lessons for different ages and abilities, ensuring every child feels supported and challenged.
- Prepare and create lesson resources to keep classes lively, interactive, and effective.
- Track each student's progress using assessment tools, and provide clear feedback to both students and parents.
- Foster a warm, supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
- Collaborate with the team to refine curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field (MOE-recognised preferred).
- Strong understanding of phonics and English language rules, with experience teaching young learners.
- Energetic, patient, and creative personality with the ability to make lessons come alive.
