- Develop and execute age-appropriate curriculum in compliance with Centre's policies and framework
- Prepare teaching materials, evaluate learning outcomes, and document periodic updates
- Implement strategies to foster positive behavior and engagement in the classroom
- Ensure all hygiene and safety standards are met
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Build strong parent-teacher partnership with two-ways communication and involvement
Job Requirements:
- Minimum with a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or relevant
- ECDA's Teacher Certification
- Have a passion in teaching young children
- Min 3 years related experience
