Ecoworks · Singapore · Early Team (Equity-Heavy)
Ecoworks builds the infrastructure for refill — unattended stations that put household products like Bio-Home back into HDB heartlands at 30%+ below retail. We're not a DTC eco-brand. We're the plumbing FMCG companies plug into when they want refill to actually work at scale. We're past pilot — live stations across Singapore, an anchor partnership with Lam Soon Group, and we're about to scale from dozens of stations to hundreds.
We need someone to own the product end to end: the station itself (how refill actually happens, the physical UX, the failure modes), the software around it (telemetry, loyalty, the customer journey from what is this to I refill here every week), and the commercial mechanics that make a station profitable per litre dispensed. One person, one P&L logic, no handoffs between hardware product and software product — because at our stage that split doesn't exist.
What you'll actually do
Spend time at stations watching real people use (or fail to use) them. Decide what gets built next based on what breaks, not what's exciting. Work with manufacturing/hardware partners on station mechanics. Build or commission the lightweight software layer — telemetry, basic app/loyalty, payment flow. Translate unit economics (cost per refill, opex per station, utilisation) into product decisions. Sit close enough to the commercial side that you understand why a station in Tampines behaves differently from one in Duxton.
What this is not
Not a build the app and ship features role in isolation. Not a role where someone else has already decided the roadmap and you execute. Not remote — you'll be at stations.
You might be right for this if
You've shipped something — product, hardware, a side project, a small business — and can talk about what broke and what you learned, not just the launch. You're comfortable being early-career and figuring things out without a playbook. You think in unit economics, not just user delight. You'd rather own a messy end-to-end problem than a clean slice of a big one.
Comp: Early-career cash band, meaningful equity. This is a bet on the company, not a market-rate cash job.
To apply: Skip the generic cover letter. Pick one refill station in Singapore (Pinnacle@Duxton is a good one to start with), go look at it in person or look closely at photos/reviews of it, and tell us one specific thing you'd change about the experience and why. Applications without this will not be reviewed.
