Job Responsibilities:
- Foster a secure and high-quality learning environment for children by building nurturing, trusting, and respectful relationships.
- Enhance children's learning experiences by co-designing and implementing a curriculum that is both developmentally and culturally appropriate, while integrating innovative teaching and learning methods.
- Actively strengthen partnerships with families and the community, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Support and mentor junior educators in improving their professional practices, offering suggestions and ideas to promote professional development, and contributing to a collaborative and collegial culture within the Centre.
Role requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher.
- L1/L2 ECDA certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous self-improvement
