Early Careers Recruiter Life Sciences
Join a highly collaborative team as an Early Careers Recruiter and help us drive end-to-end recruitment for our Life Sciences client. This role will give you the chance to work with various stakeholders and build strategic relationships with senior leaders and business partners.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to support all Early Careers vacancies across the Life Sciences business.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Promote exceptional client service and create a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Stay updated with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to drive quality outcomes.
You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience in Early Careers recruitment, with Life Sciences experience preferred.
- Experience in talent sourcing and managing 360 recruitment across Singapore.
- Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
