Early & Primary Years Teacher

XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit experienced Early & Primary Years Teachers to teach students across various subject disciplines. This is a full time contract position starting from 1 August 2025.

Preference will be given to teachers who have relevant IB experience, as well as a clear track record of teaching in international school settings.

Main Responsibilities

• Teachers should be willing to contribute positively to the collaborative culture of the School.
• Demonstrate professional ethics, international mindedness and the school's mission.
• Adhere cooperatively to XCL policies and regulations, including duties, deadlines, programme requirements (IB).
• Seek clarification in case of lack of clarity in order to fully meet all expectations of the role and set and maintain consistently high standards.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment documentation.

Person Specifications

• Preferred minimum 2 years of relevant IB programme experience from International School
• Undergraduate degree from a recognized university or college
• Teacher professional certification specific to applied position
• Possess skills and attitudes aligned to the purpose, mission and vision of XCL World Academy (Singapore)
• Need clear eagerness, resilience and understanding to engage and collaborate in the development of a highly aspirational school
• Have a demonstrated commitment to education and learning beyond the classroom.
• Be flexible and willing to take on new challenges
