Job Description

About the Role

For over 23 years, Noah Holdings has been a leading wealth manager serving global Chinese HNW and UHNW families. Our three product pillars — Olive (Alternatives), ARK (Liquid Assets), and Glory (Legacy & Insurance) — underpin one of the most comprehensive product shelves in the Chinese wealth management landscape.

Nexus is Noah's overseas strategic brand built for the global Chinese wealth market. We do not compete with EAMs, IFAs, or boutique multi-family offices for end clients. Instead, we open up our licensed network (MAS / SFC / SEC), our institutional-grade product shelf, and our AI wealth engine to these small-B partners — so they can serve their own clients, under their own brand, on top of our infrastructure. Think of Nexus as what Stripe is to payments: we build the rails, our partners run the business.

This is not a traditional sell-products-to-EAMs sales role. This is an ecosystem architect role. You will be a core driver of Noah's EAM channel in Singapore, from 0 to 1 to N.

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Logo Acquisition. Build and continuously refine a target-list of Chinese-focused EAMs, MFOs, IFAs, and boutique family offices across Singapore and Southeast Asia, mapped by AUM, client profile, product gaps, and partnership entry points. Lead the full BD lifecycle with prospective EAM partners: first contact, product pitch, mutual due diligence, contract negotiation, and onboarding. Articulate Noah's three-pillar value proposition: licensed channels (MAS CMS / FA), product shelf (Olive Private Markets / ARK Liquid / Glory Legacy), and AI allocation engine. Design tiered partnership models for different EAM archetypes — from pure product sourcing, to white-label platform access, to deep joint-operating models.
  2. Partner Success & Enablement. Serve as the relationship owner for signed EAM partners, coordinating internal resources across product, trading, operations, compliance, and technology. Drive AUM growth and wallet-share expansion from each EAM partner; own quarterly and annual commercial targets. Organize EAM-facing enablement programs — product roadshows, investment views, compliance workshops, RM training — to deepen partners stickiness to Noah's product shelf and AI toolkit. Drive partner adoption and scale-up of the I ARK Singapore App and upcoming Nexus white-label tools.
  3. Product & Execution Coordination. Bridge EAM client demand with Noah's global product teams (Olive Private Markets; ARK Public Markets, Secondaries and Structured; Glory Insurance & Trust) to drive tailored solutions and pricing. Coordinate across our three Booking Centers — Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States — to ensure optimal booking and execution for EAM client orders. Monitor product performance and partner feedback; feed insights back into product iteration.
  4. Compliance & Risk Partnership. Work closely with Singapore Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure every EAM partnership meets MAS regulatory expectations (FAA / SFA frameworks, FEAT principles). Lead onboarding due diligence (KYC / AML / Source of Wealth) and ongoing monitoring of EAM partners. Navigate cross-jurisdictional scenarios spanning SG / HK / US / Mainland China.
  5. Market Intelligence & Strategic Feedback. Maintain an active read on the Singapore and SEA EAM ecosystem, and on competitive moves from UBS EAM Desk, Julius Baer, LGT, iFAST, ARTA, and others. Translate market signals and EAM pain points into product and platform requirements; partner with the Nexus HQ strategy team on prioritization.

Requirements

Must-Have. 5–10 years of relevant experience in Singapore / Hong Kong EAMs, private banks, foreign wealth institutions, or leading third-party wealth platforms, with at least 3 years in a direct EAM / IFA / MFO-facing BD or coverage capacity. Deep understanding of the EAM business model — revenue structure (retrocession, advisory fee, custody fee), and the operational logic of working with custodians and product providers. Strong command of the MAS regulatory framework: CMS License, FA License, Accredited Investor / Institutional Investor tiering, FEAT principles, and cross-border distribution boundaries. A working commercial network in the Singapore Chinese EAM / MFO / IFA community (candidates should be able to clearly articulate their target EAM profile and go-to-market approach during interviews; specific names are not required). Fluent in English and Chinese as working languages, with the ability to communicate comfortably with Chinese-speaking partners and clients.

Core Competencies. Ecosystem mindset over transaction mindset: you frame every conversation around helping the EAM build a durable business, not around closing the next single product ticket. Structured communication: you can speak the right language to an EAM founder, a compliance officer, and a CIO. Cross-functional orchestration: you can land outcomes across product, ops, compliance, and tech teams. Conviction on AI × wealth management: we are rebuilding the EAM workflow on top of frontier LLMs. You don't need to be technical — but you need to believe in this direction.

Preferred. Prior experience at the EAM Desk of UBS / Julius Baer / LGT / Pictet / Lombard Odier, or at platform-model players such as iFAST / ARTA / Endowus / Kristal.AI. Working knowledge of alternatives distribution (PE / VC / Hedge Funds / Private Credit), including product structuring. Hands-on experience migrating offshore Chinese clients from Hong Kong or Mainland China to Singapore booking. Practical understanding of nominee structures, dual tax residency, and cross-border capital flow scenarios unique to Chinese clients. Considered views on how AI-native tools (Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, white-label conversational agents) will reshape the wealth management workflow.

What We Offer

The Platform. Direct access to Noah's global product shelf (Olive / ARK / Glory) and our HK / SG / US licensed network. You will never again have to explain to an EAM why your shelf only has one or two products.

Scarce Assets. Pre-IPO access to names like Databricks and SpaceX — the kind of inventory that actually moves conversations with EAM clients.

AI Advantage. The Nexus AI allocation engine, the I ARK App, and our white-label PWA / WhatsApp bot toolkit — so you walk into EAM meetings not as another product sales, but as the next generation of wealth infrastructure.

Strategic Seat. Direct reporting line to the Head of Channel Development. Your work directly shapes Nexus's overseas strategy.

How to Apply

Please apply via LinkedIn. Alongside your CV, we strongly encourage you to attach a short note (≤500 words) addressing: If you were running Noah's EAM channel in Singapore, what is the single most important thing you would get right first This note carries as much weight in our shortlisting process as your CV.

Noah Holdings is the pioneer and leading voice of Chinese wealth management. We believe wealth management will be reshaped in the age of AI — and the EAM ecosystem is the frontline of that transformation. If you share this conviction, we'd love to hear from you.

Noah is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
