E&I Manager

We are recruiting expereince Electrical & Instrumentation Manager .

You will support the Operational readiness of the new plant ,including walkdowns & punch listing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, preparing SOPs & routine schedules .

Once the plant is in operations, carryout routine maintenance activities, ensuring E& I equipment are well maintained and provide proper and efficient troubleshooting of E & I issues.

Main Responsibilities

• 
  Set up Electrical Management System
• 
  Provide leadership for the maintenance and engineering of instrumentation in the plant.
• 
  Responsible for supporting the EMOC process for E&I systems
• 
  Carry out reliability management program to assure reliability of the electrical equipment and installation viz., HT/LT electric motors, transformers, switch gears, generators etc.,
• 
  Maintain plant electrical distribution network (66KV/22KV/11KV) and substations.
• 
  Plan/Schedule/Execute day to day maintenance, shutdown and turnaround jobs.
• 
  Troubleshoot reliability problems and provide reports on preventive/ corrective actions.
• 
  Conduct failure analysis, analyze reliability data & develop improvement plan
• 
  Review all documents available in GDMS and work with LE to prepare equipment BOM and upload into SAP system
• 
  Coordinate with regional team for common alignment on electrical related issues.

• 
  Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 to 15 years in Maintenance function for Electrical and Instrumentations
• 
  Familiarity with electrical equipment standards/specifications especially with local codes and industry practices.
• 
  Must be familiar with test equipment like Multimeter, Loop calibrator, Pressure calibrator etc.
