E&I Maintenance Technician

• Maintenance and inspection of tanks and pipelines
• Maintenance and operations of terminal equipment and assets for product transfer, legal statutory equipment and utility equipment
• Execute maintenance of equipments as per plan
• Diagnose/troubleshooting of equipment breakdown
• Upkeep of reports and records
• Manage manpower/contractor
• MS & JSA preparation
• Preparation of maintenance manual work instruction and Upkeep
• LOTO Execution and management
• Permit to work
• Assist and supervise vendor during maintenance visit
• Evaluation of vendor maintenance reports and follow ups
• working experience in E&I Maintenance facilities role in Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Petrochemicals industries.
• Familiar with general purpose machinery monitoring equipment
• Contractor management experienced
• MS/JSA preparation experienced
• Troubleshooting experienced
• MOV/HOV/Control Valves
• Operation Knowledge and troubleshooting of Electrical switchgear ,Transformer, motor, lights.
• Knowledge in PLC/DCS.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, isometric drawings, and computer literacy.
