E&I Maintenance Technician on
Jurong Island,Singapore through

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including:
- Fire alarm systems
- HVAC and chiller systems
- Lighting and building electrical systems
- Support basic electrical maintenance tasks such as:
- Power distribution panels (PDP), motors, and MCC panels
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and instrumentation equipment under supervision
- Provide support for calibration and testing of instrumentation devices
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and permit-to-work requirements during all maintenance activities
- Accurately document maintenance activities, findings, and corrective actions in the CMMS
- Be prepared for call-out duty or 12-hour day shift when required
- Participate in training programs to develop E&I technical skills and facility maintenance expertise
Required Qualifications
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in facility maintenance or electrical/instrumentation work
- Exposure to facility systems (fire alarm, HVAC, chiller, lighting) preferred
- Basic troubleshooting of electrical and facility systems
- Understanding of instrumentation fundamentals (sensors, transmitters, control loops)
- Good safety awareness and adherence to procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic communication and documentation skills
Preferred Industry Background
- Refinery, petrochemical, or chemical additive industry
- Open to candidates from pharmaceutical or semiconductor industries with calibration experience
