E-commerce System Operation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to ensure smooth performance of business systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues independently.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to implement solutions.
• Log, track, and close incidents or system-related problems using IT management tools.
• Analyze operational data and summarize findings to drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and knowledge resources.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL preferred.
• Quick learner with attention to quality and detail.
• Enthusiastic about staying current with industry trends.
• Able to communicate effectively with multiple teams and work collaboratively.
