Job Scope
- End-to-end management of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Monitor and analyse online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.
- Coordinate order fulfilment, logistics, returns, and customer enquiries.
- Manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction across online channels.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
