Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive to drive online sales growth and expand our digital presence. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of e-commerce sales strategies, and can effectively convert leads into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales through various e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and company websites.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's digital sales presence.
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- To support any other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role with proven track record of managing campaigns, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid search, social media, and affiliate partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
