E-Commerce Sales Coordinator - Entry Level Welcome

About the Role:

Our client a well established power tools distributor is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Sales Coordinator. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales coordination and digital marketing in a supportive environment and training will be provided.

Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Office Location: Sin Ming (near MRT stations)

Responsibilities:
. Platform Management: Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing and promotions on e-commerce marketplaces.
. Order Fulfillment: Process sales orders and invoices promptly to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
. Operational Support: Coordinate with logistics teams to align inventory levels and shipments.
. Marketing Support: Assist in digital marketing campaigns and update websites with marketing materials.

Requirements:
. Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
. Candidates without experience but with keen interest are encouraged to apply
. Basic computer skills video editing or website update knowledge is an advantage
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
