Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at SoGoodK Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, managing operations efficiently, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in e-commerce website like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Background in Operations and Operations Management is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics is a plus
• Analyzing marketing campaigns, coordinate the development, deployment, and tracking of email, EDM/SNS, Whatsapp Marketing.
• Experience in design or content creation is a plus.
• Assist in content creation when needed, and designing of marketing banners for website.
• Able to speak Mandarin, Korean is a plus.
