Job Description
We are seeking an E-commerce Operation Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in e-commerce operations, and motivated to drive sales growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
- Manage and optimize presence on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload and update product listings, ensuring accuracy, attractive content, and search optimization.
- Create effective and engaging campaign materials.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, handling customer inquiries and issues.
- Monitor category performance, track daily operations, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Manage platform advertising/traffic, optimizing ROI.
- Communicate with platform partners to negotiate resources and opportunities.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns (9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, festive sales).
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, RedMart, NTUC).
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, with good communication skills.
- Singaporeans / PRs only.
