Develop and execute buying strategies based on sales trends, inventory levels, and market insights. Source and evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize margins and efficiency.
Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including sales performance, order processing, fulfilment, customer service, chat management, and returns handling to ensure smooth workflows.
Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date. Manage platform and brand pages, including banners and category structures, to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor inventory performance and execute promotional activities such as bundles, discounts, vouchers, and campaigns to drive stock movement and sales.
Track sales, customer feedback, and overall performance. Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirement:
Relevant diploma/degree with 3-5 years experience in buying, merchandising, or e-commerce (FMCG preferred).
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with good understanding of e-commerce operations.
Data-driven with Excel proficiency experience in e-commerce platforms and ERP systems is a plus.
